2021 Members of the Authority Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Orlando, Florida The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (the “Authority”) of Orlando, Florida, for the fiscal years ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, is hereby submitted. Responsibility for both the accuracy of the presented data and the completeness and fairness of the presentation, including all disclosures, rests with management. To the best of our knowledge and belief, the presented data is accurate in all material respects and is reported in a manner that fairly presents the financial position, the results of operations of the Authority, and includes all disclosures necessary to enable the reader to gain the maximum understanding of the Authority’s financial activities. State statute, augmented by the Rules of the Florida Auditor General, requires that financial statements be presented in conformance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP) as applicable to governmental entities and audited in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards by licensed independent certified public accountants. This report serves to fulfill these requirements. In addition, pursuant to Section 12 of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Act, Chapter 57-1658, Special Laws of Florida, 1957, as amended, an audit of the financial statements has been completed by the Authority’s independent auditors, MSL, P.
