It is located in the southern residential portion of Kansas City, Missouri, a metropolitan area of more than 2-million people. Rockhurst draws a student body A thought-provoking documentary feature film that reveals the growing shortcomings of that is ethnically and socio-economically diverse from 95 different zip codes, 56 in Missouri and 39 in Kansas. The current freshman class entered conventional education methods in today's innovative world. from 32 private and 29 public middle schools. The entire student body represents more than 115 elementary and junior high schools from the metropolitan area, with 21% who are self identified students of color. In the 2016-17 school year, 42% of students received $2.2 million in financial 3:00-4:00 Panel Discussion aid. Rockhurst High School, through its various programs and activities, aids in the total development of its students. In March 2017, Rockhurst Jo Weller, STEAM Director & Curriculum Coordinator at St. Teresa’s Academy , High School became just the 80th school in the nation, and the first in Missouri or Kansas, to earn the AdvancED STEM Certification Patrick Curran, Math Teacher at Rockhurst High School "Being asked to host a STEM Conference is humbling; AdvancED was impressed with how high functioning we are as a school," said Owsley.
