The plan is the result of a process of formulating and evaluating several alternatives for management of Bureau of Reclamation lands around American Falls Reservoir and along the Snake River downstream from American Falls Dam. A Finding of No Significant Impact and Final Environmental Assessment was completed in September 1994.
