FUNDING SOURCES The phased implementation of this ambitious, ecologically oriented Master Plan will require ongoing support and adequate funding. Given the present fiscal climate, it is unlikely that restoration and enhancement of the Alewife Reservation and Alewife Brook corridor can be accomplished solely by support garnered from state funding of the MDC.
