Powder Horn is a co-ed course designed to introduce Scouting’s youth and adult leaders to the exciting high adventure possibilities for their unit. This program provides them the contacts and tools necessary to conduct an awesome high adventure program. COURSE OVERVIEW: Participants will sample 12 or more adventure experiences taught by local experts in their fields maximizing the adventure every hour! Bring the excitement and experts’ contact back to your unit to use in your program. Participants are required to complete 10 modules over the course to achieve the Powder Horn emblem. This is not a certification or leadership class. Participant fee includes: exclusive left pocket silver Powder Horn, course shirt, patch, meals, camp site, excursions, and support materials.
