Van K. Golay Golden Gate station, Kyiv Metro Abstract: Every 248 years Pluto, the most powerful planet by transit in astrology, crosses over the top of the natural zodiac and through the sign Capricorn. The importance of 0°p is that it is the upper point on the natural zodiac wheel between the two opposing primary hemispheres. These hemispheres represent the two halves of a collective (World) mind, which is connected to the population pattern of the World and rooted in the geography of the continents that produced that population pattern. The Pluto transit brings to the fore issues of East –West conflict, and also puts the spotlight on the long-lived character that Capricorn symbolizes. The astrological Capricorn characteristics of dominance, ambition, authority, and longevity are embodied in human figures like the father, executive, boss, monarch, and the long-lived messiah or redeemer figures. As Pluto transits Capricorn (2008-2024) it is a good time to evaluate the progress of Western Imperialism and also the progress of engineering the long-lived Capricorn character (phenotype). Eastern Imperialism is primarily defensive because the East is already the dominant half of the collective mind due to a 2 to 1 demographic dominance. See statistics at p. 10 and 1st reference. In religious mythology the two phenomena are related in that the inborn hemispheric competition for World dominance is resolved by birth of the long-lived or everlasting messiah-redeemer character. As Pluto now transits the apex of the wheel, Western Imperialism seems in decline but is not dead and longevity science is red-hot but only long-lived lower animals (yeast through rodents) are currently being produced. The scientific revolution of the last two centuries produced dramatic gains in average human lifespan (life expectancy) but not maximum lifespan. The new discoveries in the biology of aging, signal gains in maximum human lifespan may be achievable if not imminent. Madonna01.bmp, madonna1e.pdf 2 The transit of Pluto over the hemispheric divide and through Capricorn, is a general influence based on the E-W geographic polarity and the apex quality of p, while Pluto’s aspects to the other outer social planets and its transit at perihelion are sharper delineators of political change. Longer secular cycles like the 26,000 year cycle of precession of the equinoxes, Pluto’s perihelion 25,267 year forward circulation of the zodiac cycle, and the 19,912 year Pluto libration (oscillation) cycle are important for understanding long term psychological changes affecting the collective social organism. See p. 35, 66, 182 This book also presents an original theory about the meaning of the Zodiac signs and planet glyphs (symbols). Individually and in composite, the glyphs describe key philosophical concepts (not scientifically verified yet) like reincarnating souls, collective minds, and the basis of opposing antagonistic hemispheres responsible for Western Imperialism. It presents a symbol based rational for choosing a particular astrological time for birthing children. It also suggest that the author of these symbols, the collective mind, is a scientist as well as philosopher. Several symbols imply a central strategy for longevity-extension based on arresting reproductive development at puberty in order to delay/arrest senescence (aging). That idea gets considerable agreement from current longevity research, and that research on development control will be discussed in the last chapter on the Biology of aging. Introduction: Here a new interpretation of the zodiac glyph symbols is presented. The zodiac glyph symbols were evolved during late Greek Byzantium, and early renaissance in the 15th century with the final glyph set appearing in the first printed astronomy books by Regiomontanus about 1474. See pp.84-91. At the core of the zodiac glyph symbols are sub- symbols for body = t, soul = q, heaven = ], earth = , reproduction by natural selection = , and reproduction by planned birth = . Together as a system or in composite they explain the most important philosophical ideas on earth. Those ideas are important to the collective mind that inspired them and to us humans who are the cells of that mind. In a general way, the natural zodiac is the horoscope of the World which describes the structure of the spirit world (collective mind) and basic philosophical concepts held by that mind. They can serve as a guide of life at the personal and social-psychological level. Natural zodiac: This zodiac format (Aries on the left, and Capricorn at the top) is natural in that the glyph system, as described in this book, requires that orientation for the sub-symbols to describe E- W social-psychological hemispheric polarity, which is originally dependant on the souls reincarnational pathway from Aries to Pisces. That natural scheme overlays and is connected to continental geography and demography. See Aries pp. 7-11 3 Other representational uses of the Zodiac: The tropical zodiac is also used to represent a diagram of the seasons. Starting with the spring (Vernal) Equinox = 0°Aries, Summer Solstice = 0° Cancer, Fall Equinox = 0° Libra, and the Winter Solstice = 0°Capricorn. The zodiac probably evolved as a calendar tool to predict the seasons. In Astrology horoscopy the House system of 12 houses and 4 cardinal angles remain in the background with their meaning based on the meaning of the signs of the natural zodiac starting with Aries in the 1st house on the left side and Capricorn at the top. For any particular horoscope the ascendant or rising degree will be determined by the earth’s rotation relative to the local horizon for that exact time. So you get two meanings for the planets position in the horoscope; one based on their house location at the exact time of day at birth and one based on its sign location longitude degree in the tropical zodiac. Choosing People: Conception date BIRTHDAY - North Node at 0°u In a new theory about the glyph symbols Feb. 11, 2015 Nov. 11, 2015 (circa 1976) I will show how the wiggly lines in the Sept. 3, 2033 Jun. 3, 2034 symbols of the Zodiac direct us in timing (birthing) Mar. 23, 2051 Dec. 23, 2052 the psychologically superior child. It is superior by Oct. 18, 2070 Jul. 18, 2071 virtue of aligning the most associative astrological May 27, 2089 Feb. 27, 2090 Feb. 24, 2108 Nov. 24, 2108 factor in an individual’s horoscope (the south and Sept. 15, 2126 Jun. 15, 2127 north lunar nodes) with the q-u (Aries-Libra) axis. Apr. 9, 2145 Jan. 9, 2146 Conception is timed to put the South Node and Nov. 12, 2163 Aug. 12, 2164 North Node of the Moon at 0° Aries and 0°Libra respectively at birth. This links the Childs Moon Node associations in the world at the broadest and most balanced position relative to the primary zodiac hemispheres. According to astrologers the 0° Aries – Libra axis is the most important associative axis for relationships both public and private. The purpose for aligning these associative factors is to neutralize and balance the child’s connections to a polarized and historically antagonistic collective mind. The assumption here is that the East-West geographic divide at the middle East (30°E) has a psychic dimension in a polarized organismal consciousness. This will make the child an attractive neutral vessel in which the confluence of psychic vectors from both halves of the collective mind can converge harmoniously. You are producing the neutral human element of a potential temporary psychic-trinity, composed of the two halves of the collective mind (majority spirit, minority spirit, and human). See Aquarius pp. 29-36. The timing of the birth does not give him/her attributes of longevity but only psychological neutrality/balance in relation to the two arch-spirits of the collective mind.
