We navigated the past year with a clear vision of our stewardship role and responsibilities. We also delivered on our promise to keep insurance accessible for our insureds and paid out more claims where protection is needed the most. Importantly, we remained focused on working collaboratively with our members, partners, and stakeholders to uphold the interests of our membership and pursue progressive developments for the general insurance sector.
