CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. All bids are per lot numbered in the catalog: the right is reserved to withdraw any lot prior to sale, or to act on behalf of the seller. Lots will be grouped only at the discretion of the auctioneer; his/her decision is final. 2. The auctioneer shall regulate the bidding and reserves the right to refuse any bid believed by the auctioneer not to be made in good faith; in the event of a dispute, the decision of the auctioneer shall be final. Until paid in full, all lots remain the property of MICHAEL ROGERS, INC. on behalf of the seller. If payment is not received on time, we have the option to offer any lot to the underbidder. Auctioneer reserves the right to dispose of all lots without notice to the defaulting buyer if payment is not made under the terms specified herein, and the defaulting buyer agrees to pay the reasonable costs of such subsequent sales; should a lower price be obtained, the defaulting buyer further agrees to pay any such difference to the auctioneer.
