W I ARGENTINE N & E CHILEAN WINES & 8 Days / 7 Nights C Day 1 U Buenos Aires - City Tour Arrival in Argentina and transfer to the selected hotel. Check in. I In the afternoon, city tour. It begins at Plaza de Mayo (square), from where we visit the Casa Rosada (Government House), the Cabildo (Old City Hall) and the Catedral Metropolitana (Metropolitan S Cathedral). Next stop is San Telmo: we walk its cobbled strets up to Plaza Dorrego (square). I After that, we visit La Boca quarter and the mythical Caminito street. Turning back north, we visit the modern new quarter of Puerto Madero, followed by Plaza San Martín (square), surrounded by buildings N of splendid architecture. We later visit La Recoleta quarter, starting by Avenida Alvear (avenue), with its elegant stores and lavish architecture; then comes the Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar (church) and E the well-known Recoleta Cemetery, including a visit to the tomb of Eva Perón. The tour ends in Palermo Chico (quarter), visiting its big parks and typical French style mansions. At night, dinner with Tango Show at one of Tango’s landmarks, Bar El Querandí, whose boiserie has borne witness to both the passing of time and the evolution of Tango. Return to the hotel. Day 2 Buenos Aires - Mendoza - City Tour Transfer to the Airport to board the flight to the city of Mendoza, named one of the Great Wine Capitals. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Check in. In the afternoon, we tour Mendoza city, its fantastic squares, wide sidewalks, irrigation ditches and old groves. Dinner at 1884 Restaurant run by Chef Francis Mallmann. Days 3 and 4 Mendoza and Outskirts Two days of Wine Experiences in the Central area. This area, which comprises Luján de Cuyo, Maipú, Guaymallén and Godoy Cruz, is the most important producing high quality wines. This experience allows us to look deep into the world of wines, always accompanied by the best specialized guides in this activity; to visit different wineries, and to taste some of the best wines guided by well-known sommeliers. At night, both dinners at the best restaurants in the city are included. Day 5 Mendoza - Chile Private transfer from Mendoza city to the town of Colchagua traveling through the Andes. The Valle de Colchagua (valley) is one of Chile’s most important agricultural areas. Accommodation. Day 6 Colchagua W We spend the day visiting different wineries in the area, including lunch and wine tastings. I Day 7 Santiago de Chile N Transfer to the city of Santiago de Chile and then to the hotel. Check in. E Day 8 Santiago de Chile - City Tour In the morning, we tour Santiago de Chile city. & Then, transfer to the International Airport of Santiago de Chile to board the international flight.
