The resident checked ok. November 22, 2020 – 1702 hours Officer responded to an address on Belair Circle to assist Dayton Police Department by contacting a resident at this location. November 22, 2020 – 1927 hours Officer responded to a business on West Franklin Street for a welfare check. The individual checked ok and the officer provided the individual with a ride to another location. November 22, 2020 – 2145 hours Officers were dispatched to a residence on Von Hovel Court for a domestic disturbance. After completing the investigation, one adult was arrested for Domestic Violence. November 24, 2020 – 0133 hours Officer was notified of a suspicious person outside of a business on State Route 725. Officer spoke with the individual who complained of medical problems. The individual was transported by Medics for medical care. November 24, 2020 – 1910 hours Officers responded to a residence on Clearview Court for a domestic disturbance complaint. After completing the investigation, one adult was arrest for Domestic Violence, Aggravated Menacing and Using a Weapon While Intoxicated. November 25, 2020 – 0308 hours Officer was dispatched to a residence on South East Street for an unruly juvenile complaint. November 25, 2020 – 1045 hours Officer responded to a residence on Clarkston Drive for a fraud report. The resident reported an unknown individual filed an unemployment claim in his name. November 25, 2020 – 1800 hours Officer was dispatched to the area of Springcreek Circle on a found wallet report. Investigation revealed it was stolen out of a car overnight. The owner was located, and the wallet was returned. November 25, 2020 – 2131 hours Officer was contacted regarding a child custody dispute. Officer explained this is a civil matter. November 27, 2020 – 0006 hours Officers responded to a residence on East South Street for an unruly juvenile complaint. November 27, 2020 – 0700 hours Officers responded to a residence on Whites Drive for a squad run assist. Officers assisted Medics with a medical emergency. November 28, 2020 – 1809 hours Officers responded to a residence on North Regent Park Drive on the report of a shooting. Investigation is ongoing. .
