1 Starters & Nibbles

Pork Crackling Crispy, fried pork rind tossed in sesame oil. Chinese salt and pepper seasoning. Garnished with red chilli and spring onion.

Served with mini plant pot of chilli jam.

Cheesy Garlic Scotch loaf bread with a mix of cheeses, topped with Maldon salt and garlic oil. It should have a golden crust and topped with picked rosemary.

Served in a basket with Botanist Paper. When serving open the basket for guests.

Scotch Egg

Classic Scotch egg, Served on a Nest of fried leeks, Thyme and Crispy onions. Small dish of HP Brown and English mustard.

The egg should always be served runny.

Onion Petals White onion fanned out into petals, coated in salt and pepper seasoning, fried until crispy. Cooked so the onion is soft and batter crunchy.

Served with a ramekin of crème fraiche.

2 Calamari Crispy Calamari squid, coated in salt and pepper seasoning and deep fried. Mixed with crispy kale, pot of Crème fraiche topped with sweet chilli and ginger sauce.

Fresh Lemon wedge served under the shell to support it standing up.

Pea Hummus Pea Hummus (parsley, garlic, peas, lemon juice tahini) topped with almond mint pesto, fresh peas, seed mix and roquito peppers .

Serve with warm cumin flatbread

Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings 5 rotisserie chicken wings seasoned with salt and pepper mix and topped with red chilli and spring onion. Served with a ramekin of sweet chilli and ginger sop.

Served in a basket with x2 wet wipes. When serving open the basket for the guests.

Cauliflower Wings

Battered cauliflower in a spicy flour, coated in Franks hot sauce, topped with parsley. Served with a ramakin of Vegan Ranch dressing on the side.

Served in a bowl with botanist lined paper.

3 Baked Camembert Whole Baked camembert topped with Honey and Maldon salt. Sourdough loaf sliced for tear and share coated in Garlic oil with ramakin of chilli jam.

To be served with branded paper base, and with a brown or black handled steak knife

4 Main menu

Fish & Chips Cod fillet in ale batter*, served with chunky chips, lemon, minted mushy peas, chip shop curry sauce and tartare sauce. Garnished with a lemon wedge and rock salt.

Guest will receive all three mini . * The beer used is site dependant, with sites using local brewery's where possible

Lamb Pie

Lamb Pie, with champ potato mash [Mash with spring onion and fresh chives] Served with Mushy Peas and Gravy. Guests can have the option of Chips/Mash/SC Chips or Chunky chips.

If served with mash pie is presented on top of the mash, with peas over the top. Jug of gravy on the side

Coconut Spiced Pie (Vegan)

Lightly spiced coconut, squash pie served with cabbage, kale and curry sauce.

Seabass 2 fillets of seabass, served with crispy skin facing upwards. Served with romesco sauce, marinated tomatoes, gnocchi, peas, mint pesto and watercress.

5 Heritage Tomato Salad

Marinated heritage tomatoes, basil oil, watercress, nigella seeds, capers, spring onions, vegan croutons.

Served with burrata or vegan feta cheese.

Sirloin Steak 9oz Sirloin Steak served with garlic mushrooms. To be served with a choice of chips and either; Peppercorn Sauce or Chimichurri Sauce. (Parsley, coriander, red chilli, white onion, garlic, rapeseed oil, olive oil, red wine and S&P. Note Chimichurri sauce to be served cold.

Steak cooked as requested (blue to well done) and to be served on hot skillet (guests must be informed its hot) and served with a steak knife.

DELI BOARDS All boards come served with bread or crudities ( 2x red pepper, 2x Yellow Pepper, Lettuce Leaf, 4x Cucumber, 4x Carrot)
