Strong start to the year Düsseldorf’s off ice letting market recorded take-up of around 108,000 sqm in the fi rst quarter of 2020, slightly less space (4%) than in the same quarter of the previous year but above the fi ve- and ten-year averages for fi rst quarters; almost 93,000 sqm of this fi gure was taken up in the Düs- seldorf urban area.
