The Iowa Wild went 1-2-0 in three games last week. The Wild fell in its IOWA WILD WEEK AHEAD first contest, 4-1 against the at Van Andel Arena DATE OPPONENT LOCATION* TIME on Friday (11/4). D Mike Weber led the team with two points (1-1=2). Forwards Marc Hagel and Kurtis Gabriel also netted a goal apiece. G Alex Stalock made 27 saves. The Wild won its final contest of the week with a 2-1 overtime win vs. Rockford at Wells Fargo Arena on Sunday (11/6). F Teemu Pulkkinen scored for Iowa in regulation while F Grayson Downing netted the overtime winner. Michalek earned the win, stopping a career-high 49 shots. D Mike Reilly ranked T-1st on the team with seven points (1-6=7) in seven games and ranked T-10th amongst AHL defensemen in scoring at the time of his recall by Minnesota (11/9). Tuch ranks third with six points (1-5=6) and ranks T-10th amongst AHL rookies in assists and T-14th in points. Michalek is 4-1-0 with a 2.42 GAA and a .939 SV% in seven games and ranks fifth in the league in SV%, T-5th in games played and T-10th in wins. Stalock is 1-5-0 with a 4.46 GAA and a .865 SV% in six games. Iowa will host Charlotte in back-to-back games on Thursday and Friday (11/10 & 11/11) and Ontario on Saturday (11/12).
