Property redevelopment is underway, and with no existing customers, there will be no impact to customers from this action.
AT&T Texas plans to construct Gigabit Passive Optical Network/Fiber-to-the-Premises (GPON/FTTP) facilities in preparation for the future development at this property.

Description of Reasonably Foreseeable Impact of the Planned Changes: After this plan is implemented and construction of GPON/FTTP is completed, only fiber-based services will be available to serve the future occupants. AT&T Texas records indicate no working circuits, including competitive carrier circuits, on the forty-acre property. Other parts of, or facilities in, DA 3109 (i.e. outside the 40-acre property) are not affected by this notice.
Attachment of impacted addresses: The only addresses impacted by this notice are 111 Tower Drive, 15115 San Pedro Avenue, and 15201 San Pedro Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78232.
