Planning Appeals 17/02/2021 DA/2020/0283 Appeal Start Date 45, Oxford Street, Daventry, Construction of porch (retrospective). Daventry Town Council has reviewed the application and (APPEAL) 4th February 2021 Northamptonshire, NN11 4AD submits an objection, the property is within a conservation APP/Y2810/D/20/32 area, the porch is out of character with the appearance of the 65126 property and would result in a negative impact on the street scene as it is not in keeping with neighbouring properties.

Daventry Town Council has reviewed the application and (APPEAL) 4th February 2021 Northamptonshire, NN11 4GZ submits an objection due to concerns with the adverse APP/Y2810/D/20/32 impact on neighbouring properties. The proposed installation 66079 of a balcony to the front of the premises would overlook neighbouring properties resulting in loss of privacy and would be out of character with the current street scene.
