Modern Western Cuisine Demonstration Workshop

The Food and Wine Academy is pleased to invite Chef Gabriel Choy and Eric Poon to give a demonstration session on famed modern western cuisine with your tasting opportunities. Chefs profile and workshop details are as follows:

Chef Gabriel Choy He was the winner in a competition for the prize award in training at Gordon Ramsey’s Three Michelin Star at Royal Hospital Road’ in London. After He finished the degree studies in Culinary, he went to work in London at renowned , including the Gordon Ramsay at Royal Hospital Road and , The Fat Duck Restaurant, Petrus Restaurant London, Angela Hartnett at The Connaught, Le Manoir Aux Quatre Saisons etc. He also worked at Gaddi’s of HK Peninsula Hotel and famous leading chefs in Now TV channel chef corner and Junior chef corner programme. Currently, he is also teaching at College of Technology.

Chef Eric Poon He was graduated from Culinary Art Management in Birmingham, he has been working in at Gordon Ramsey’s Three Michelin Star Restaurant. He learnt what is and bring this skill back to Hong Kong. Previously, he had been working in Hong Kong Peninsula Hotel and Mandarin Oriental before operating his private kitchen. He has several times been invited to be a guest in TVB shows for dessert sensations programmes.
