Nick Price won the 1992 PGA Championship at Bellerive, his first Major and in 1994 Price won both the PGA and US Open Championships, topping the money list as the number one player in the world. Both Player and Price are of South African descent and members of the . Also being inducted is local legendary golf pro Dick Shapier, the inventor of charity golf, originally at Norwood Hills CC.
