An extremely well presented 5 bedroom semi-detached home in a nice setting in very good decorative order throughout and which benefits from a lovely 200 foot mature and attractive rear garden. Situated in a leafy Village Road, but close to amenities. Comfortable off road parking exists for 3 vehicles.

Internally the home is described as follows:-

The through Lounge Dining Room leads to a Conservatory which opens up nicely onto the garden. The superbly fitted Kitchen Breakfast Room has an access to a side way leading to the garden and the garage. The Kitchen is fully fitted and a great layout. Upstairs personal space is at a premium with a full five Bedrooms all of which are nicely decorated and presented. The bathroom has all the usual plus a double size walk in shower with very efficient internal workings. You will get a good shower here.

Outside the rear garden is a delight; a full 200 foot long with a generous width of 30 foot I can imagine hours spent in this private, quiet, well maintained space. The little seating area towards the bottom of the garden is a great place to watch the brooding chickens of an evening. The garden is designed as low maintenance with essentially just the grass to mow with the abundant stock of trees and shrubs very easy on the eye.

Wymington History : Wymington is a Village in the . It is in the north of Bedfordshire, near the county border with , and the nearest town is Rushden in Northants, which it borders to the north. Other nearby places are , to the south-west, and to the west. Wymington was recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086 as a parish within the Hundred of Willey. Wymington, although in Bedfordshire, has a dialing code and Rushden postcode. The parish church of St Lawrence was built in the mid 14th century. It was built for John Curteys who, with his wife, is buried in the chancel and work started in 1350. Apparently the masons responsible came from Northamptonshire but were given a somewhat tighter budget for this church and were assisted by some local workmen. The tower and spire are lavishly ornamented. The interior is rich and complex, with a fine nave roof and the remains of a portrayal of the Doom. The county's best example of the luxuriant spirit of the 14th century Local Authority
