• Midlick returned to Austin Peay for his third coaching stint. He was a volunteer assistant for the men’s basketball program for three seasons (2003-06). Midlick then returned as an assistant coach for the women’s basketball team for two seasons (2010-12). • Austin Peay is Midlick’s second head coaching position. He was head coach at Division II Delta State for two seasons (2012-14), lead- ing the Lady Statesmen to the South Region Final in 2012-13. Midlick finished his Delta State tenure with a 45-16 record. • During his three-season collegiate career at Ole Miss, Midlick played in 80 games, averaging 5.8 points and 2.3 assists per game. He led the 1988-89 Rebels in free-throw percentage and was fourth on the team in scoring. Midlick made 42.9 of his field goals, 41.2 percent of his three-pointers and 83.7 percent of his free throws during his career. • Midlick excelled academically at Mississippi, earning Academic All-SEC honors each of his three seasons. He also was a Male Scholar-Athlete selection in 1991 and a nominee for the H. Boyd McWhorter SEC Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award.
