Prof. Dr. Song Xiaoting(male) is Director of Research Center of Medical Law and Pharmaceutical Intellectual Property of . He is also a Director of The Key Unit (Traditional Medicine Protection)of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the people’s republic of . Chairman of intellectual property Board under China Health Law Society. Depute Chairman of Life and public health Law Institute. He is an executive member of council of the Chinese Intellectual Property Law Society and Chinese law society of Science and technology. Prof. Song xiaoting’s academic domain is Medical law and pharmaceutical intellectual property. He was the member of committee of experts of the National Intellectual Property Strategy-making, and the member of drafting committee of “Traditional Chinese Medicine Act”, selected as first batch of National Leading Talent of intellectual property. he presiding major program of National Social Science Fund and many national scientific research items about Intellectual Property and health care, such as projects supported by National Science and Technology Ministry and National Education Ministry and so on.
