(ร่าง) ประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข (ฉบับที่ ) พ.ศ. 2559 เรื่อง ก าหนดพืช สัตว์ หรือส่วนของพืชหรือสัตว์ ที่ห้ามใช้ในอาหาร ------ด้วยปรากฎหลักฐานและเหตุผลทางวิทยาศาสตร์ว่า สารประกอบหรือกลุ่มสารประกอบในพืช สัตว์ หรือส่วนของพืชหรือสัตว์บางชนิดไม่ปลอดภัยต่อการบริโภค และไม่ควรน ามาใช้เป็นส่วนผสมในอาหาร ดังนั้น เพื่อ เป็นการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคจากการบริโภคอาหาร จึงห้ามใช้พืช สัตว์ หรือส่วนของพืชหรือสัตว์ดังกล่าวในอาหาร อาศัยอ านาจตามความในมาตรา 5 วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา 6(5) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติอาหาร พ.ศ.2522 รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุขออกประกาศไว้ดังต่อไปนี้ ข้อ 1 ให้พืช สัตว์ หรือส่วนของพืชหรือสัตว์ ตามบัญชีแนบท้ายประกาศนี้ เป็นวัตถุที่ห้ามใช้ในอาหาร ข้อ 2 ประกาศนี้ ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่
