GOVERNANCE & ADMINISTRATION

The OKGA is an Incorporated Association, registered with NSW Fair Trading. It is governed according to its Rules of Incorporation, and managed by the OKGA Committee. The Association’s Rules are available for all Old Boys to access (via the OKGA website).

One of the key intents for the OKGA Committee during 2019 was to ensure the governance, procedures and protocols were streamlined to improve efficiency of the meetings and work of the Committee.

This Annual Review has been produced as a Committee composition and operations document of record.
