All redemption of the free gifts and contest entry must be made by completing and submitting the required information via an application – “MONSTER DEALS” found at the Dell Malaysia Facebook fan page (www.facebook.com/DellMalaysia) no later than the Closing Date. (Hereinafter, each redemption shall be termed as "promotion entry", and collectively "promotion entries”.). 15. Recipients of the free gift will be selected on a first-come-first-served basis (hereinafter each recipient entitled for the free gift shall be termed as "Successful Redemption", and collectively "Successful Redemptions”). 16. Delivery of Free gift: All the free gifts will be shipped out separately within 3 to 4 weeks by Dell’s agent for purchases made via Dell Authorized Retailers. All other free gifts will be shipped out by by Dell’s agent within 3 to 4 weeks. 17. Dell reserves the rights to defer or delay any shipment of the free gifts/contest prize due to incorrect shipping address provided by participants or any other unforeseen circumstances. Where we are unable to deliver the free gift/contest prize (for example if it does not fit through the letter box) and/or if participants are unable to accept delivery, participants will be notified via email at the contact details provided to re-arrange delivery. It is participants’ responsibility to arrange for the free gifts/contest prize to be re-delivered or collected. The free gifts / contest prize shall be forfeited if undelivered or claimed within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery. 18. Employees and immediate family members of the organizers, participating resellers, distributor, dealers, and service providers are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 19. Promotion entries will be accepted at the time of receipt by Dell and not at the time of transmission.
