 Description of the organisation Education Verein für international Zusammenarbeit-Lavanttal is a association for International Co-operation Lavant Valley is an association of the school community Wolfsberg, all educational institutions and communities in the region of the economy. They work for international projects and co-ordinating the European Educational Network "EcoMediaEurope"

Through the co-ordination of the European educational network, EcoMediaEurope has repeatedly organised and delivered large events in the area of establishing networks. This is especially focused on the increase in value for students and teachers. The first large-scale metal congress for the field of Vocational Education and Training was successfully held in 2014 by “EcoMediaEurope". The event hosted teachers, educators and business representatives from 26 nations.

 Description of the organisation Ammattiopisto Luovi (Luovi Vocational College) provides upper secondary and adult education and training nationwide. Luovi is the largest vocational special education institution in Finland and it is spread over 20 sites. The number of staff is around 650. There are 1500 students with special needs in initial VET. Reasons may include mental health and social problems, minor developmental delays, reading and writing difficulties and developmental disorders. The students of Luovi need individual support and study guidance. Luovi provides initial VET in seven fields of study: Cultural sector, Natural sciences, Natural resources and the environment, Tourism, catering and domestic services, Technology, communication and transport and Social sciences, business and administration.
