News Release November 13, 2016 For Immediate Release

Dominos Pizza Robbery

At approximately 2:35 p.m. on Sunday November 13, 2016 officers from the Morgantown Police Department responded to a strong-armed robbery call at Dominos Pizza located at 300 Pleasant Street.

When officers arrived they were informed by the clerk that the store had just been robbed by a white male in a black hooded sweatshirt who insinuated he had a weapon in his pocket. The suspect threatened the clerk and took the cash from the register and left the store on foot.

Officers immediately began searching the area and within a few minutes located a male matching the description of the suspect on Kingwood Street. The suspect was positively identified as the perpetrator by the clerk and the money stolen was located on the suspect.

The suspect was identified as Charles Logan Nutter, 24, of Clarksburg, WV. Nutter was arrested and charged with 2nd Degree Robbery. At the time of his arrest Nutter was not armed.

Nutter is currently awaiting arraignment in Monongalia County Magistrate Court.

The robbery remains under investigation and anyone with any information is encouraged to contact the Morgantown Police Department.
