The Younglove team installed over 100 tilt panels over the summer, which made up the receiving/grinding building, warehouse, high bay, boiler room, loadout exten - sion, and air compressor room. All equipment has been installed and is ready to be termi - nated, and the electricians are working hard at installing the remaining electrical equipment and terminations. Motor rotations are set to begin in December, with a projected start-up in January Above: Feed mill looking 2017. east We look Left: South loadout bay forward to the successful completion of this feed mill for NEW Cooperative.

A couple facts on the shipping/barge loadout system: n The structural steel required to complete the towers, bridges, piers, and equipment was in excess of 3.5 million pounds. n The 54-inch-wide belt of the main shipping con- veyor alone weighed 60,000 pounds, which had to be shipped and installed in two sections. This alone was a project in and of itself! The barge surge hopper tower and barge loadout spout tower (as shown in the pho - tos to the left) were so heavy and tall that they required near-flood-level river Above and below: Inland receiving and storage conditions to erect, and they still required mul- tiple dual-marine crane lifts that nearly maxed out on the crane charts.
