Part—Time Officers

Officer John Perry joined the force in November of 2018. Born in , he is the youngest of 4 chil- dren. His family moved to Chattanooga, TN. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. He has worked in Tennessee as a police officer. He and his wife and three children moved to the Harrisburg Area where he has been working as an officer in Highspire.

Officer Steven Prisbe joined the force in June 2018. He was born in Chicago and has 2 brothers and a sis- ter. Steven has a Bachelor of Science degree. He joined the Army and served honorably for 3 years. He worked for the City of Harrisburg and retired with the rank of Sergeant. He is married and has 2 children, He is also active as an assistant Scout Master with the Boy Scouts.

Continuing Work on Asylum Run

The Borough has advertised for bids for the build- ing of a temporary road beside the Asylum Run Sanitary Sewer line. Once a bid is accepted ,work will begin on the road which will allow access to the forested area that surrounds the line at the old Harrisburg Hospital grounds. Susquehanna Town- ship is working with the Borough to gain access as well because their line is about 30 feet away from the borough line. Once the temporary road is in- stalled, work will begin with televising the line to see its condition and what repairs are needed.

The Parks Sub-Committee in partnership with Penbrook Revi- talization Inc.
