Registration

Registration will open at the high school at noon on Saturday June 15th.

Saturday June 15 - noon to midnight Sunday June 16 - 8 AM to midnight Monday June 17 - 8 AM to 5 PM Tuesday June 18 - 8 AM to 5 PM Wednesday June 19 - 8 AM to 5 PM Thursday June 20 - 8 AM to 5 PM Friday June 21 - 8 AM to Noon

If you arrive when registration is closed, you will be allowed into the campground for the night. Go register at the high school the next day.

ATTENTION ALL 7-17 YEAR OLDS, (and your parents or guardian): We have an awesome week of fun planned for you! At registration, please walk over to the JSS Registration Table, (look for the yellow banner!) and follow instructions for logging into our group “Remind” texts for all activities and reminders, updates, changes, etc. during the week. Also, please plan on attending the JSS Cookout on Sunday evening at the Fairgrounds to meet everyone and get your JSS shirt, compliments of the 2019 Convention! In addition we need your attendance in order to let the cafeteria staff know how many FREE lunches to prepare for JSS each day. Caver Ham Clues

Amateur Radio Operators are encouraged to monitor and use "Caver Simplex" (147.48 MHz) in the convention area. You are also welcome on the local repeaters, especially 147.21+(107.2Hz Cookeville, and 146.91-(114.8Hz) wide area. All are welcome to visit our special event radio station K4C in the campground and get on the air! No License needed, as we will have control operators to help you.

High School Cafeteria

The high school cafeteria will be open Monday - Friday of convention week.

Breakfast 7:30 - 9:00 Lunch 11:30 - 1:30 Express window open between, and after lunch until around 3:30 Breakfast buffet $4.50 Lunch buffet $7.50 Meal ticket for both $10 Meal ticket for Breakfast and Lunch for week $50.00 A la carte items available

For those planning to eat in the school cafeteria for breakfast, lunch, or both, BRING CASH! Their credit card reader is down.

Vinnie T's will be serving breakfast Sunday - Friday at booth #5 from 6:30 - 8:30am.

Volunteers

Volunteers are needed for lots of tasks during the week. If you would like to volunteer, there will be sign up sheets at registration in the High School. All volunteers who work at least 4 hours will get a Convention Volunteer T-Shirt while supplies last.

The 2019 NSS Convention will be held in Cookeville, Tennnessee June 17-21, 2019.
