XM SATELLITE RADIO ON-AIR SPORTS COMMENTATOR ROB DIBBLE EXPAND HIS BROADCAST ROSTER WITH BEST DAMN SPORTS PERIOD

Washington D.C., April 07, 2005 -- XM Satellite Radio, the nation's leading provider of satellite radio with more than 3.7 million subscribers, is proud to announce that Rob Dibble, leading sports analyst and host of MLB Home Plate's "The Show" (XM Channel 175), has been selected as the newest on-air host of FOX Sports' "Best Damn Sports Show Period." In addition to XM's live, all-new show, Dibble will lend his no holds barred, passionate analysis of sports to the "Best Damn Sports Show Period" line up beginning April 11.

Beginning next week, Dibble will broadcast the MLB Home Plate show from studios in Los Angeles along side his co- host, MLB on FOX's , who has been based on the West Coast since their program debuted in February of this year. Dibble and Kennedy will continue to bring baseball fans their live, fast-paced program, "The Show," which features top guests, news and game updates from around the league and listener call-ins every afternoon from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. ET on MLB Home Plate, XM Channel 175.
