We have had some of the most prominent senior business leaders in Australia as speakers, in addition to dozens of top consultants, eminent business writers and a huge number of top EAs and PAs. In April 2009 we launched the EAN Training Academy with 14 half-day training courses for members in Sydney as well as a Mentor Program. EAN Newsletter – “The Assistant” Our monthly email newsletter is opened and read by over 1,700 recipients each month. Our growth plans for the next year will see us expand all our education initiatives and networking functions in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. EAN has already established itself as the most significant community based organisation for the most senior Executive and Personal Assistants in Australia. With over 2,000 members and over 10,000 visitors to our website each month, it is by far the most widely used resource by senior EAs and PAs in Australia. In NSW we have over 1,400 members and in Victoria over 450 members. For the past three years we have allowed recruitment company sponsors and corporations to advertise senior EA and PA positions on our website. Over 200 recruitment firm advertisements and over 30 direct corporate advertisments have placed on our website. Given the exceptional growth we have experienced, we now want to make this fantastic opportunity available to all recruitment companies. So, if you want to ensure your Executive and Personal Assistant vacancies are noticed by the best possible range of the most suitable candidates, then what better way than by utilising this very cost effective means of advertising on our website. o Advertise targeted recruitment campaigns direct to those who have the requisite skills and background to meet your stringent requirements. Our members are screened prior to being accepted as members. We do not advertise for new members and this has ensured growth through word of mouth referral, essentially peer self-selection. Our members truly are the most senior EAs and PAs in Australia o Membership of a professional body tells you a lot about the members. The very act of joining an organisation like ours tells you our members are EAs and PAs who are passionate about their field of work and are dedicated to being the best they can be o Avoid attracting hundreds of applications from those unsuitable for the positions you are offering. Other forms of advertisements can be too widely viewed, thus attracting hundreds of applications from junior staff who do not have the appropriate levels of experience o By limiting all job advertisements on our website to meet specific criteria in terms of seniority and position, we ensure that our members do not become over-exposed to inappropriate adverts, thus making them more inclined to utilise the service. Advertisements must be for genuine Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant vacancies and must attract a minimum $65,000 package including superannuation o This service is exceptionally cheap to utilise costing only $150 per month per advert o Utilising the service is exceptionally easy. We have attached a booking form at the rear of this document and this can also be downloaded from the Employment Section of our website o EAN is growing at an incredible rate, as is use of our website portal. We predict that within 2 years the vast majority of the top EAs and PAs in the country, including those outside of Sydney and Melbourne, will be members of EAN and utilising our website portal Executive Assistant Network’s Sponsors and Supporters Since our launch we have been sponsored and supported by a range of prominent Australian and international brands including: Executive Assistant Network A sample of the more than 1,050 companies represented within our membership of more than 2,050 of the most senior EAs and PAs in the country 3AW - A H Beard - A T Kearney - A W Edwards - AAPT - Abacus – Australian Mutuals - ABB - Abbott Australasia - ABC - ABN AMRO - Accenture - Acciona Energy - ACEA - ACP Magazines - ADP Employer Services - AEH Group - African Energy Resources - AGL Energy - AGSM - AIH - Aim Resources - Aircraft Support Industries - AJ Lucas Group - AJS Computing Services - Alba Capital Partners - Alberto Culver - Alcatel-Lucent - Align Capital - Allens Arthur Robinson - Alliance Distribution Services - AllianceBernstein - Allianz - Alphawest Service - Alstom Power - Amalgamated Holdings - Ambry Legal - Ambulance Victoria - Amcor - American Express - AMP - Andrews Neil Urban Design Group - Anglican Diocese of Sydney - Anglicare Central Queensland - Animal Logic - annecto – the people network - ANZ Banking Group - Aon - Apple Computer - Arab Bank - Archer Capital - Arena Management - AREVA T&D - ARG - Argent Software - Argyle Diamonds - Ariadne - Aristocrat Leisure - Arnold Bloch Leibler - Arup - ArvinMeritor - Asea - ASI Plastics - Assetinsure - Atanaskovic Hartnell - Atari - ATEC – Australian Tourism Export Council - Ateco Automotive - Atkinson Gore Group P/L - Attorney-General's Department - Audant Investments - Ausenco - Aussie Home Loans - AUSTAR - Austereo - Austrade - Australand - Australia and New Zealand School of Government - Australia Post - Australian Antarctic Division - Australian Broadcasting Corporation - Australian Capital Equity - Australian Conservation Foundation - Australian Customs Service - Australian Equity Partners - Australian Federal Police - Australian Football League - Australian Government Solicitor - Australian Health Management - Australian Industrial Relations Commission - Australian Industry Group - Australian Institute for Commercialisation - Australian National University - Australian Nuclear Science & Technology Org - Australian Pharmaceutical Industries - Australian Pipeline Trust - Australian Prudential Regulation Authority - Australian Public Service Commission - Australian Red Cross Blood Service - Australian Securities & Investment Commission - Australian Taxation Office - Australian Technical College North QLD - Australian Universities Quality Agency - Australian Wool Innovation - Australian Worldwide Exploration - Avanade - Aviva - AWB - AXA - Axiom Mining - Axis - Babcock & Brown - BAE Systems - Bain & Company - Baker & McKenzie - Baker Heart Research Institute - Balmain Commercial - BankWest - Barclays Global Investors - Baulderstone Hornibrook - BBC Worldwide - BDO Kendalls - Beaconhills College - Beakcon - BearingPoint - Beddison Group - Bendigo Health Care Group - Bensons Property Group - BHP Billiton - Bilfinger Berger - Bio-Rad Laboratories - Birch Haberdashery & Craft - BIS Industries - Bisley & Company - BJS Insurance Group - Blackmores - Blackwoods - Blake Dawson - Bloch - Blue Circle Southern Cement - Blueenergy - Bluefreeway - BlueScope Steel - Bluestone Group - BMD - BMT - BNP Paribas - BNY Mellon - BNY Trust - BOC - Boehringer Ingelheim - Boom Logistics - Booz & Company - Boral - Box Hill Institute - BP Australia - Brambles Industries - Break Thru People Solutions - BridgeClimb Sydney - brillient! - Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals - Brookfield Multiplex - Brotherhood of St Laurence - Browne&Co - BSP Executive Search - BT Financial Group - Building Commission - Bundaberg Regional Council
