CHILDREN’S PHOTOGRAPHY ON DISPLAY - Students of the Riverdale Y!’s Photography Week camp intensive over the summer were delighted to hear their work was to grace the walls of Gallery 18 for the first month of the school year. Throughout the course of their studies, kids entering grades 4 through 7 learned photography principles from Stacey Natal, Child & Event Photographer. Students studied angles, perspective, point of view, color, shapes, composition and more, and practiced what they learned. The Y!’s Gallery walls display the student work from their numerous field trips to places like the Bronx Zoo, Wave Hill, Central Park , and local settings. The photographs will be on display through September 30th.
