Central Business Guide Home Page Business Online Banking provides improved accessibility to the features you use the most. The Navigation Menu appears on every • Home Page page within Online Banking. (Only links • Accounts to the products your business has • & Transfers enrolled in will appear.) • Checks & Deposits • Administration

Home Page Features:

1. Accounts – The Accounts section includes: • The ability to Edit Accounts to allow for more flexibility • Accessibility to edit recent account activity by selecting the Recent drop down arrow next to the Available Balance • Show all accounts link that enables users to view the available balance on all accounts. If this link appears, there are accounts that can be added to the home page • Click on the hyperlink Account Name to advance to the Accounts Page for that particular account 2. Checks & Deposits/Positive Pay* - Will only appear if you have enrolled in Positive Pay - a fraud prevention tool that helps prevent duplicate posting or unauthorized activity. 3. Payments & Transfers – Companies that use dual control can review all pending transfers on a single page. Users can quickly approve transfers on the Home page, including Internal, ACH and Wire Transfers. 4. Pay or Transfer – Transfers can be processed directly from the Home page for Internal, Bill Pay, ACH and Wire Transfers. You can also schedule and set recurring internal transfers. Some transfers must still be processed directly through ACH or Wire, depending on the type of transfer or number of entries. 5. Quick Launch – Links to important websites.

Select the Account (Nickname) from the Accounts section on the Home page. The Accounts page is a simple and easy-to-read way access to transaction history, electronic statements, and download information. Accounts Page 1. Select or Switch accounts by selecting an account with the drop down arrow at the top of the page. 2. Details displays the Account information, Transactions, and the Search transactions menus for each account. 3. Sort transactions – Click on the arrows or title for date, description, debit, or credit. For any option other than date, the running balance does not appear. 4. Transactions – Transaction history from the past 24 months is available on the Accounts page. The first 50 transactions display by default. For more transactions, click View More Transactions at the bottom of the page or use the Search Menu to select a specific date range. 5. Search transactions – Filter transactions from the last 24 months by: • Activity – Date search. Select from: All transactions, Current Business Day, Previous Business Day, Current Activity (current statement), Last Statement, Specific Date, or Date Range. • Transaction Type – Checks, Debits, or Credits. • Amount or Amount Range • Check Number 6. View Check/Deposit Images for the range of account history available by clicking on the Check Number or Deposit hyperlinks. If applicable, click the drop down arrow to view details. 7. Click the Documents hyperlink from the Accounts Menu to access statements and notices for your accounts. 8. Click the Download hyperlink from the Accounts Menu to export files in CSV, Microsoft Money, Quickbooks, or BAI2. The Payments & Transfers page contains tools for:  Transferring money between Central Bank accounts (See options for scheduling future dated and recurring transfers.)  ACH origination – direct deposit, payments, and debit transactions*  Wire – both foreign and domestic  Bill pay – add payees and utilize our bill payment service*

Activity Tab This tab displays past processed and saved files. You can re-run any file by clicking on the file name under Description, then clicking the Edit button. You may then select the processing date, change amounts, and send the file by clicking on the Complete ACH button, which will prompt you to enter additional security. To process a new ACH payment using a NACHA or Non-NACHA file, click Import File. Central Bank Business Online Banking Guide Payments & Transfers: ACH

Import File To process a new ACH payment using a NACHA or Non-NACHA file, click Import File in either the Activity or File Import Templates tab.

Under Import File, select your file type under Import Type, then Browse to locate and upload your file. Select your TIN and the Type of file, then click Continue to continue processing your ACH transfer. Central Bank Business Online Banking Guide Payments & Transfers: ACH Templates Tab This tab displays any templates you have built for ACH files. By clicking the Send tab on a file, you will be prompted to enter a processing date and change any dollar amounts as needed. Click Complete ACH to begin the process to send the file. To process a wire, click on the Wire Transfer Template button, then Submit.

In the Template List, click the icon under New Transfer to start processing a wire using your desired template. Central Bank Business Online Banking Guide Checks & Deposits

The Checks & Deposits page contains tools for:  Placing stop payments and reviewing stop payments  Depositing checking electronically by utilizing our Remote Deposit service*
