SCHEDULE OF EVENTS (Updated 10/18): Thursday, October 19 Registration (11:00am-2:00pm) – Players register and receive additional information and their team uniforms at this time. Registration will be in the Chanticleer Turnhouse.

Practice rounds (12:00pm-2:00pm) – Practice rounds are available after 12:00pm. Players may call the golf shop starting September 19 for a starting time. You may want to call other teammates to create your own group. Practice round fees are covered by the associations.

Casual Dinner (7:00 p.m. cocktails; 7:45 p.m. dinner) – Golf attire. Dinner and cocktails will be served at Greenville Riverside Clubhouse. The associations will cover the cost of dinner and drinks. Both teams and one guest per player are invited.

Friday, October 20 Breakfast: provided by the associations at the club for players from 7:00am-9:00am in the Chanticleer Turnhouse.

Golf (2 rounds) A.M. Four-Ball : 8:30am-9:00am off #1 and #10 P.M. Foursomes Match Play: 1:30pm-2:30pm off #1 and #10 tees

Lunch: provided by the associations for players only in the Chanticleer Turnhouse.

Formal Dinner (7:00 p.m. cocktails; 7:45 dinner) - COAT AND TIE AND COMPARABLE WOMEN’S WEAR REQUIRED. Dinner will be located at The Avenue. (110 E. Court Str Suite 600, Greenville, SC 29601) Cocktails and dinner will be served. Both teams and one guest per player are invited.

Saturday, October 21 Breakfast: provided by the associations at the club for players from 7:00-9:00 a.m. in the Chanticleer Turnhouse.

Golf (1 Round): 8:30 – 9:28 a.m.: Singles matches off #1 and #10 tees Awards presentation immediately following the completion of play.

There are no planned activities after the presentation.

GOLF ATTIRE Both teams will wear khaki slacks or shorts on Friday and Saturday. Team uniforms will be distributed at registration on Thursday along with the apparel schedule for tournament rounds.

OTHER INFO  Tipping is allowed on the property.  Carts will be paid for by the golf associations (including the Practice Round). Players will be required to use a . will not be available.  Golf shop accepts Visa/MasterCard/American Express for purchases; no cash.  Hats must NOT be worn when inside any building.  Players are encouraged to use the locker room to change clothing or shoes.  Dress code is collared shirts, no cut-offs, no jeans, no tank tops, no cargo shorts, no cargo pants, Bermuda length shorts.  Soft spiked golf shoes only.  Private coolers are not allowed.  Spectator carts are not allowed.

WHAT WILL THE GOLF ASSOCIATIONS PROVIDE?  Two team shirts, team hat and an outerwear piece  Cart fees for all rounds (including practice round).  Dinner and drinks on Thursday and Friday.  Breakfast on Friday and Saturday.  Lunch on Friday.  Each team member may bring one guest to both dinner functions.
