For 29 years, The Theatre Cleaning Women Ensemble: Imani Asher, Liz Isbell, Mary Rodrigues, Kellie Santos-DeJesus, Lab's has dedicated itself to transforming lives through theatre education. Through Munroe Smith, Victoria Saulter, Danielle Taylor our courses, camps, and programs, The Theatre Lab enrolls over 2,800 kids, teens, and adults a year. Offerings target beginners and veteran actors alike through a wide range of classes designed to fit busy schedules—summer camps for kids, Saturday The Band acting classes, acting or playwriting classes for rookies, public speaking for non- theatre professionals and more. For those 18 and older preparing for a theatre Keyboard: Buzz Mauro career, our intensive, year-long Honors Acting Conservatory is the closest thing to Percussion: Manny Arciniega graduate-level training students can get without having to quit a job to attend school full-time. The Theatre Lab provides more than $130,000 in need-based scholarship each year to ensure accessibility and offers Life Stories drama programs to people from vulnerable communities. We’re currently enrolling summer camps for ages 7- 19 and adult acting classes, both in-person and online.
