To celebrate 40 years of elegant and powerful leaps and spins, the group will be having a performance at the Seven Oaks Performing Arts Center, in Winnipeg, on Oct. 26. “It’s going to be a performance that features our current membership, alumni members, and dancers from the Selkirk and District School of Dance,” said Carina Romagnoli, Troy- anda’s vice-chairperson. The Troyanda Ukrainian Dance En- semble is a semi-professional ensem- ble that calls Selkirk home. This per- formance will be unique in that it will have dancers as young as two years old and others in their fi fties and six- ties.
