Motion#4-20 (5) Committee Reports: (Committee Reports) Larry St. Amand – that the committee reports for Highway 43 East Waste Commission, Lac Ste. Anne Seniors Foundation, Lac Ste. Anne East End Bus Society, WILD Water and LILSA/ALUS, Summer Village Emergency Management Committee, Association of Summer Villages of Alberta, Ste. Anne Regional Municipalities, the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association and the Broadband Initiatives Reports be accepted for information as presented. Carried.

(6) Budget and Requisitions 2020:

Motion #5-20 Ren Giesbrecht – that the SVLSACE 2020 Operating Budget be approved as (2020 Operating presented. Budget) Carried.

Motion #6-20 Ren – Giesbrecht – that SVLSACE 2020 Membership Requisitions be (2020 Requisitions) approved as presented and Administration be authorized to invoice members accordingly. Carried.

Motion #7-20 Ren Giesbrecht – that the SVLSACE 3-Year Operating Plan be approved as (3-Year Operating presented. Plan) Carried.

(7) Alberta Invasive Species Council, 2020 Conference

Motion #8-20 Larry St. Amand – that SVLSACE authorize the attendance of Bernie Poulin (AISC, 2020 at the Alberta Invasive Species Council 2020 Conference in Lacombe, AB on Conference) March 24th and 25th. Carried.
