Ref No 20(7)/EE-BSNLCD/KNR/2017/202 Dated 28.05.2018 NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION Sealed quotations are invited from Registered Building/Land valuers empanelled with Central/State Government/ PSU/ Autonomous Bodies/ Govt PSU Banks for “Fair value consultancy service in respect of land assets owned by BSNL with in under the jurisdiction of BSNL Civil Division, Kannur (Project Vasundhara Ph 2) Group 3 ”. The aforesaid registered valuers (Individuals or firms), who have successfully carried out at least 3 fair- valuations during the last 3 years shall be eligible for submitting their bids provided they produce a work experience certificate certified by an officer in that organization or any other testimonials proving that they have carried out at least 3 jobs of valuation. Sealed quotations in the prescribed format shall be deposited in a tender box provided in the office of the Executive Engineer (C), BSNL Civil Division, BSNL Bhavan, Kannur on any working day in normal working hours of office. Schedule of Quotation can be had from the said office on request. The same can also be downloaded from the following website. Quotations received late or by post or not in the standard format shall be summarily rejected. The Notice Inviting Quotation and Schedule can be downloaded from BSNL website http://www.kerala.bsnl.co.in . The last date for submission of bids shall be 06.06.2018 upto 15.00 Hrs. The bids shall be opened on the same day at 15.30 Hrs in the office of the EE(C), BSNL Civil Division, Kannur. Terms and Conditions 1. Quotation and eligibility credentials shall be placed in single envelope. The envelope shall be sealed and superscripted with “Quotation for Fair-valuation consultancy of land” 2. Rates shall be quoted in Indian Rupees words and figures 3. The eligible bidders shall quote rates inclusive of all taxes but excluding GST. If the successful bidder whose quotation is accepted is having valid GST registration, he shall pay applicable GST directly to Government and claim reimbursement from BSNL by submitting GST invoice in proof of having paid GST, along with the bill for payment, failing which BSNL shall not entertain any claims whatsoever at a later date. 4. The quoted rate shall include all operations mentioned in detailed schedule and nothing extra shall be payable on any account 5. Fair valuation shall be corresponding to 01.04.2015 6. Valuation report shall be submitted within 7 days of award of work. 7. Not properly sealed or loose bound quotations shall be liable for rejection. 8. Quotations have to be invariably deposited in the tender box provided in the office of the Executive Engineer (C) and quotations received through post will not be considered. 9. The decision of the Executive Engineer shall be final and binding in all matters related to this consultancy service 10. The competent authority on behalf of BSNL does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any other quotation and reserves himself the authority to reject any or all of the quotations received without the assigning any reason.
