Introduction

Yoga is considered to be science of man which explores the avenues for human functioning. It is also the foundation of Indian Culture which gives emphasis on code of human behaviour resulting in richness of life i.e. psychological, physical and social. is an art of Jiving. A person who knows how to handle the different situations and problems is considered a successful individual and possesses sound mental . Yoga teaches us how to live peacefully enjoying whatever we have in our possession.

The objective of the Course

The objective of this course is to train young men and women in arts and sciences or- self-control and achieve higher potentialities. It also aims to get themselves well trained for treatment of different diseases and to improve the overall health with the help of yogic sciences.

Duration : The total duration of the Course shall be of two years spread over in four semesters. Seats : 30 (Thirty) Eligibility : Any Graduate Procedure of Admission : As per University rules.
