Mr. Kouazounde has more than 15 years of professional experience related to climate change mitigation and adaptation projects in Africa. He possesses depth knowledge and very good understanding of IPCC GHG inventory guidance acquired during more than 18 consecutive years of proven learning, teaching and working in the field of GHG inventory; Besides, he has been actively involved in several UNFCCC reporting and review processes while preparing the National communications and BUR processes in Benin and in UNFCCC review process for the Annex I inventory and the technical analysis of BUR under the International Consultation and Analysis process; He has excellent knowledge and good understanding of MRV system as for his several professional engagements in projects related to provide the design and set up national and sectoral MRV system with regards to GHG emissions and mitigation.
