1 Rules and Regulations for all three shows Obey all parking signs. Police will ticket. Everyone is required to maintain clean conditions at the show site. The event building and perimeters are NON-SMOKING areas. Show site is available after 11:00 AM Thursday for outside set up only. Building is available 12:00 Noon Thursday. Building is available 6AM to 10PM each day thereafter. Site control will have the final authority on setup and usage of grooming space. There will be no space saving by any means. All crates and tables must be present when setting up. The number of grooming tables may be limited. Crate stacking is mandatory. No soft or cloth crates are allowed in the building. Site Control has the right to remove unapproved placement of equipment and chairs. No tables or crates allowed ringside. Everyone shall respect the authority of Site Control, Event Officials and the Cluster committee. Failure to do so may result in Event Hearing and/or ejection from the show grounds. Do not leave property unattended. Clubs are not responsible for missing items. No strollers allowed in building. Dog or Human. Only those dogs entered in these shows are allowed in building. No extension cords can be laid across aisles or run outside of building. Use wall outlets or ceiling drops. Dogs may be left in building over night at owner's risk. No Heat Thursday Night. The building will not be locked, and will be patrolled 6 P.M. to 6 A.M. No expens allowed indoors. Covered, outdoor expens provided. No vehicles allowed in building. No discharge of any RV fluids allowed on show grounds. No retractable leads allowed in show building.

Parking SHOW SITE OPENS THURSDAY AT 11:00 A.M. FOR OUTSIDE SETUP ONLY SHOW BUILDING OPENS THURSDAY AT 12:00 NOON No Admission Fee. There will be a $5.00 parking fee each day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) for all and each vehicle, spectators and exhibitors.

Failure to follow the instructions of official on duty will result in forfeiture of parking privileges without refund of fees paid and the possibility of disciplinary action determined by the Event Committee. 7 Best Owner-Handled in Show Competition - Friday, Saturday & Sunday November 29-30 & December 1, 2019 - National Owner-Handled Series The AKC Owner/Handled Series is a non-titling competition for dogs that are exhibited by their owners who are not professional handlers. This series of special competitions will be offered at dog shows across the country. All dogs that are owner/handled and are not owned or exhibited by professional handlers' meet the requirements for this competition. Exhibitors must declare their dog is Owner/Handler eligible at the time of entry using the check box on the entry form. Eligible dogs will be identified by an asterisk in the steward's book and the catalog. Dogs must be handled throughout the competition by an eligible owner. Professional handlers may not exhibit the dog in this competition. 8 AKC Sanctioned 4 & Under 6 Months Puppy Competition DATE - Friday, Saturday, Sunday November 29-30th & December 1, 2019 One combined class will be offered for breeds and varieties of dogs that are four months and under six months and divided into Groups as described in Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows and the Miscellaneous Class breeds as listed in Chapter 3, Section 23. There will be a selection of Best of Best 4 & Under 6 Months Puppy in each Breed/Variety. All Best of Breed Puppy winners will then compete in their respective group for First through Fourth Placements. The Miscellaneous class competition will be judged same as above followed by a Miscellaneous 4 & Under 6 Months Puppy Group Competition. The Foundation Stock Service CLass Competition will be judged same as above followed by a FSS 4 & Under 6 Months Puppy Group Competition. All First Place Group Winners will be eligible to compete in Best 4 & Under 6 Months Puppy in Show. An AKC registration number or AKC litter number will be required for entries of an AKC recognized breed or Miscellaneous breed. FSS number of FSS registered litter number will be required for FSS entries. A foreign born dog may enter this class if they are registered in the country of orgin. Dogs must be four months of age and under six months. Dogs are required to be vaccinated in accordance with their veterinarian's protocol in order to avoid inadvertent transmission of illness by/to puppies not yet fully immunized. Dogs that are owned or co-owned by a professional handler may compete in this class but must be handled by a non-professional handler. Professional handlers are defined as any person who belongs or has belonged to a professional handlers' oprganization, distributed rate cards, or otherwise advertised or represented themselves as handling dogs for pay within the last five years. Dogs may not be exhibited by current assistants or household members of a professional handler. A current assistant is defined as anyone employed by a professional handler on a full-time basis, or, assisting a professional handler at the show or any show during the cluster/weekend. AKC Rules in Dealing with Misconduct will be applicable to any person and dog entered at this competition. All applicable rules found in Rules Applying to Dog Shows will govern the conduct of this competition unless these regulations state otherwise. The following breeds must be judged on a ramp through all levels of competition: Sussex Spaniels, Basset , Bulldogs, Chinese Shar-Pei and Chow Chows. This extends to all conformation competition at AKC conformation doing shows and any AKC event where a conformation title may be earned. This policy includes Group, BIS, Junior Showmanship, the 4-6 Month Beginner Puppy Competition, the AKC National Owner-Handled Series (NOHS), and all other special attractions that offer Group and BIS competitions.

Ramps may be used in emergency situations to judge any ground breed. In an emergency situation, where use of a ramp is not indicated in the premium list, an exhibitor has the option of withdrawing their entry and receiving a refund.

For the judging of juniors the ramp may be used at the discretion of the judge for the ramp optional breeds.

In order that the judging will not be delayed, it is the responsibility of the exhibitor (owner or agent) to have a dog ready to be shown and at the entrance of the judging ring when the steward calls for the class. PLEASE NOTE: There is no rule that requires the judge to wait for a late dog! For the clubs, their members, directors, agents, superintendent and/or superintendents and the employees of the said kennel clubs and/or their superintendents, will not be liable for any loss or injury which may be sustained through the disappearance, loss, theft, injury and/or death of dogs entered in the said shows, whether said disapperance, loss, theft, injury and/or death is caused by the negligence or carelessness of said kennel clubs, their members, directors, agents, superintendent and/or employees of their superintendent and/or superintendents. The cluster clubs are not responsible for the actions or products of the commercail vendors at these cluster shows. 27 CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING. DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging will be excused. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-giving club and the superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring. CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent to be advised at once. The Superintendent and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over. THE SHOW COMMITTEE/SUPERINTENDENT will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show.
