TOUR Championship field bios, FedExCup history Dustin Johnson – No. 1 (-10) _____ 2019-20 season notes: Wins: 2; Travelers Championship, THE NORTHERN TRUST Starts: 13 Top-10s: 6 How he qualified for the TOUR Championship: • Made his first start in the 2019-20 season at the Sentry Tournament of Championship after undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery in September; finished T7 at The Plantation Course at Kapalua. • Won the Travelers Championship by one stroke over Kevin Streelman, returning to the winner’s circle for the first time since the 2019 WGC-Mexico Championship. Extended his streak of consecutive seasons with at least one win to 13. • Earned his fifth career runner-up finish in a major championship at the PGA Championship after taking the outright 54-hole lead at TPC Harding Park. • Entered the FedExCup Playoffs at 15th in the standings before claiming the standings lead with his fifth victory in a FedExCup Playoffs event at THE NORTHERN TRUST. Led into the final round at the Farmers Insurance Open but was edged by Marc Leishman who closed with a 65. • Shot a third-round 61 en route to a T3 at the World Golf Championships-Mexico Championship, his third career top-three result in WGCs. 61 included a hole-in-one on the par-3 17th, the second of his career. • Claimed his fourth career PGA TOUR title at the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide which propelled him to No. 1 on the Official World Golf Ranking for the first time in his career.
