Sept 2018 The Council’s purpose is to coordinate and support activities of its member organizations. This means 7: NPHC IceBreaker helping to avoid conflicts in schedules, partner in activities, and be a central voice for Black Greeks.

The expectations of undergraduate councils are:

• Continued promotion of academic excellence • Demonstration of the values of NPHC, affiliate organizations, and host institutions • Development of leadership skills • Development of positive supportive relationships • Develop citizenship through community service and outreach, and • Establish a positive and productive campus presence.

NPHC mission: “Unanimity of thought and action as far as possible in the conduct of Greek letter collegiate fraternities and sororities, and to consider problems of mutual interest to its member organizations.”
