CONDITIONS OF SALE 1 The highest approved bidder at or above the reserve price, if any shall be the buyer. 2 If any dispute arises the lot shall, at the discretion of the auctioneer, be offered again or the auctioneer may decide the dispute and his decision shall be final. 3 The auctioneer may, without giving any reason, refuse to accept the bidding of any person or persons. 4 No person shall advance less at a bid than a sum to be named from time to time by the auctioneer. 5 The purchaser of each lot shall pay a deposit or the whole of the purchase money to the auctioneer on the fall of the hammer, and give his name and address. 6 No warranty is given with any lot and each lot shall be taken with all faults and errors of description, and shall be at the risk of the buyer from the fall of the hammer. 7 The auctioneer’s clerk may, as the buyer’s agent, sign the sales ledger (and all other necessary documents to evidence or complete the sale. 8 If these conditions or any of them are not complied with, the deposit will be forfeited and the lot or lots resold at this sale or at such time and place as may be decided by the auctioneer and the deficiency (if any) arising upon resale, together with the expenses thereof, shall be made good by the defaulting purchaser at this day’s sale.

5 1985 BMW 528iA EXECUTIVE Time warp condition and a credit to its owner, this 528i comes with all books and records, factory sunroof, etc. and with very reasonable 186,000 kilometres makes it a classic luxury cruiser for the European car person at a pocket money reserve.

6 1977 TRIUMPH T140V BONNEVILLE Strong collectable Bonni 750 with the 5 speed gearbox and with 21,700 miles makes it a good one for the British bike man.

7 1970 TRIUMPH T120R BONNEVILLE Regarded as the best Bonneville model and last year before the oil in frame model. This original one with restored motor, paint, etc was in storage with only 7,825 miles travelled. Now for the collector to enjoy.

8 1965 BSA 650 LIGHTNING ROCKET Super collectable strong Lightning model with low 9,000 miles travelled. From our retired USA collector on seasonal registration in USA.

9 1976 KAWASAKI KZ 900 Restoration body and all original running gear with an excellent low 16,900 miles and running sweetly for the collectors appreciating asset.

10 1928 CLYNO NINE CENTURY the Clyno Co. of Wolverhampton produced light cars from 1922 to 1929 in small numbers. This stunning example is the only survivor in Australia and with only 300 made in the factory makes this the collectors find. Lot Photo Collectable Description

12 1976 HOLDEN LX SS TORANA HATCH Super survival example V8 with original everything, paint and trim, etc. and a very early example with factory black engine compartment and comes with the rare Hatch hutch. We believe that a more original example cannot be found.

13 1993 SAAB 900 CONVERTIBLE Last of the classic Saab model convertible and this one with fastidious owner and money spent on brakes, etc., well serviced. With books and records and running super smooth. Only 177,400 kilometres travelled and ready for further enjoyment at pocket money reserve.

14 1975 AMC AMERICAN MOTOR CO DJ-5 JEEP Trendy USA postal services Jeep. Factory RH drive for postal delivery there. All strong and heavy duty and would make a top promo Jeep with strong towing power for the collector.

15 1978 CHEVROLET C3 CORVETTE 25TH ANNIVERSARY Collectable Silver Anniversary Corvette with matching numbers. A credit to its USA owner with full service receipts and only 61,500 miles travelled and in top original condition for the Corvette enthusiast to enjoy.

17 1990 HOLDEN VQ HSV STATESMAN Originally a Wilson Brothers Racing show car from HSV. Running with HSV suspension and 215 kw of power makes this a collectable of the future and selling at a pocket money reserve.

18 1972 VOLKSWAGEN KOMBI BAY WINDOW In demand low lite bay window 9 seater Kombi runs strongly and was registered in SA around 3 years ago and now with some spots of rust ready for the handyman for further restoration.

19 1973 FORD XB GS COUPE Rare matching number V8 GS Falcon manual Coupe. Mature owner of 19 years who has used it sparingly and has been slowly restoring it starting with cleaning and painting the floor pan but now with advancing years has decided to give it to Bennetts. 20 1970 MG MGB GT MK II Restored some 10 years ago and kept well under cover by mature country owner. Top of the range Mk II with overdrive and selling to the enthusiast.

21 1963 HOLDEN EJ SPECIAL Handsome EJ Special restored 8 years ago with top paintwork, reconditioned origingal motor to mild improved performance and with Hadfield 4 speed conversion installed. All passed Vic roadworthy. On test drive here ran smooth as silk.

22 1968 FORD MUSTANG Outstanding example with restoration some 5 years ago, including paintwork and mechanical rebuild of motor and gearbox. Now running and looking great for the enthusiast at a very reasonable reserve.

23 1977 CHRYSLER CHARGER CL 770 E44 Highly collectable and rare V8 4 speed manual CL Charger with only 183 manuals made. Restoration performed some 15 years ago but carefully looked after by fastidious owner and only 12,000 kilometres travelled in that time.

24 1989 JAGUAR XJ 40 SOVEREIGN A credit to its retired owner and in well maintained original condition. All books and very smooth with its desirable Jaguar 6 cylinder alloy motor.

25 1976 KAWASAKI KZ 900 Very collectable Kwaka 9 in need of some restoration and repainting work but in doing so will triple its value.

26 1972 CHRYSLER VALIANT VH TOWN & COUNTRY UTILITY Hard to find Town & Country VH utility with new reconditioned 265 Hemi with new 4 barrel carburettor and new factory option period alloys and tyres, making this a strong example for finishing off paint and trim.

27 1957 CHEVROLET BELAIR Fastidious Adelaide owner of 13 years. Purchased from third owner in USA with full documented restoration and matching numbers. 28 1956 STUDEBAKER FLIGHT HAWK Exceptionally rare model changed shape at end of production and with only around 38 left in existence this is believed to be the only one in Australia. This one in top condition from a restoration 15 years ago and well looked after by mature owner.

29 1974 HOLDEN HQ KINGSWOOD SUPERCHARGED Regarded as a sleeper, this immaculate HQ Kingswood with hi performance supercharger installed along with Supra 5 speed and reconditioned 10 bolt limited slip diff to deliver the acceleration for the enthusiast.

30 1964 FORD SPRINT CONVERTIBLE Super rare 289 V8 Sprint with factory power disc brakes and electric roof. Older restoration from 15 years ago and a credit to its lady owner for keeping it in this condition.

31 1961 CHRYSLER S SERIES Mature owner from country SA. Older restoration but still running strongly in top mechanical order with new clutch and brakes. Now for the collector to enjoy.

32 1977 JAGUAR XJS COUPE Jaguar sports model now really appreciating in value. This one with lovely straight body and good original paint has been in storage for many years.

33 1962 HOLDEN EK UTILITY Definitely a country barn find. All intact and hard to find model and now ready for restoration.

34 1966 FORD XP STATION WAGON A good survivor example of this now hard to find classic. From country SA owner and running and driving strongly, full paintwork required for the collector to finish off.
