The Allinteractive Longlist of Activities in Herefordshire, no.4, Spring 2021 Welcome to activities that include and welcome disabled and non-disabled children and young people and their families and friends in all their interests, talents, and diversity in Herefordshire. This list is updates annually. A year of Covid-19 has changed many activities and venues so please, check details carefully with the activity provider. Listings in blue are outside of Herefordshire.

I have included access details if given or found on websites or Facebook pages. This project was launched largely in response to the frustration and time spent just of trying to find access information by disabled young people and their families and friends. This remains a considerable work in progress and needs everyone to sign up to good practice and remind activity providers and venues that this information is required.  VisitBritain has information on Accessibility https://www.visitbritain.org/business-advice/make-your- business-accessible  The Sensory Trust has a great tool called the access chain. https://www.sensorytrust.org.uk/resources/guidance/access-chain-an-inclusive-design-tool  From April 2021 Allinteractive can be contacted through The Herefordshire Council Shortbreaks Team [email protected] 01432 260123 Best wishes Angela Martin, Allinteractive Project Coordinator 2017 -21, funded by Herefordshire Council and delivered Marches Family Network
