Arrive into Prague’s International Airport, Clear Immigration and Customs and meet your Tour representative in the arrival’s hall.

Free time for bathroom and currency exchange before transferring to the Group’s hotel in Prague’s city area and check in for the next 6 Nights

Day 5 Monday August 23 Prague B,D

Breakfast in Hotel This magical city of bridges, cathedrals, gold-tipped towers and church domes, has been mirrored in the surface of the swan-filled Vltava River for more than ten centuries. Almost undamaged by WWII, Prague's medieval center remains a wonderful mixture of cobbled lanes, walled courtyards, cathedrals and countless church spires all in the shadow of her majestic 9th century castle that looks eastward as the sun sets behind her. Prague is also a modern and vibrant city full of energy, music, cultural art, fine dining and special events catering to the independent traveler's thirst for adventure. It is regarded by many as one of Europe's most charming, colorful and beautiful cities, Prague has become the most popular travel destination in Central Europe along with and Krakow. Millions of tourists visit the city every year. During our tour you are going to see all of the most interesting historical sights of Prague – the Municipal House, Wenceslas Square, the National Museum, Charles Square followed by a ride along the beautiful riverside, across the River Vltava to Prague Castle. By walk you will return to the city center to the Old Town Square. Here you can admire the Tyn Church, St. Nicholas Church and the Astronomical clock on the Old Town Hall.

Day 6 Tuesday August 24 Prague – Karlstein Castle B, L, D

Morning transfer to Karlstein and Karlstein Castle

Karlštejn Castle is a large Gothic castle founded 1348 CE by Charles IV, -elect and King of . The castle served as a place for safekeeping the Imperial as well as the Bohemian/Czech jewels, holy relics, and other royal treasures. Located about 30 kilometers (19 miles) southwest of Prague above the village of the same name, it is one of the most famous and most frequently visited castles in the Czech Republic.

Day 7 Wednesday August 25 Prague to Budapest B,D

Driving south this morning we depart Prague, making a short coffee stop in the area of Brno, Czech Republic. Continuing south we arrive into the Slovak Republic. Here we will make a longer stop it the Capital city of Bratislava

Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, is set along the Danube River by the border with Austria and . It’s surrounded by vineyards and the Little Carpathian Mountains, crisscrossed with forested hiking and cycling trails. The pedestrian-only, 18th-century old town is known for its lively bars and cafes. Perched atop a hill, the reconstructed Bratislava Castle overlooks old town and the Danube.

After our break in Bratislava our tour will continue to Budapest in Hungary

On arrival in Budapest, check into your hotel for the next 6 nights

Day 8 Thursday August 26 Budapest B,L

Full Day sightseeing tour of Budapest with local step on guide.

Budapest, Hungary’s capital is bisected by the River Danube. Its 19th-century Chain Bridge connects the hilly Buda district with flat Pest. A funicular runs up Castle Hill to Buda’s Old Town, where the Budapest History Museum traces city life from Roman times onward. Trinity Square is home to 13th-century Matthias Church and the turrets of the Fishermen’s Bastion, which offer sweeping views. We will see the famous Chain Bridge, pass by the Elisabeth Bridge and the Downtown Parish Church, then take the small boulevard to show you the famous Central Market

Hall, the National Museum and the largest Synagogue of Europe from outside. We then take the Andrássy Avenue, pass by the St Stephen's Basilica as well as the Opera House and stop at Heroes' Square to show you the statues of the most famous Hungarian kings and dukes while giving you a brief overview of the last 1000 years of Hungarian history. Next, we discover the City Park on foot (Europe's largest thermal spa, Budapest Zoo and Vajdahunyad Castle). After this pleasant walk we drive over to the Buda side and stop in the Castle District. We walk to the Matthias Church and the Fishermen's Bastion (from where you can enjoy the beautiful panorama) and other main attractions of the area. Next, we drive to the Gellért Hill (Citadel) and show you the most spectacular view of Budapest.

**Currency Exchange Supplement

As of going to print July 2, 2020 the US dollar currency exchange rate from Bank of America, against the Euro, is Euro 1.00 = US $1.17 Should the exchange rate fluctuate 2% above, this rate of exchange, Senior Softball USA reserves the right to charge clients the currency exchange supplement necessary. No refunds are given should the exchange rate fall below US $1.17

There has been a fee of $110.00 for tipping and a fee of $35.00 for tourist taxes, per person included in the full price per person. We reserve the right to withhold the full amount of $145.00 per person and apply this amount to cover partly or fully the Currency Surcharge that may need to be paid by the client. Should the currency Exchange supplement not amount to $145.00 the remainder will be applied back to tipping or Tourist Taxes

Responsibility

Senior Softball USA has contracted suppliers to provide transportation, accommodation and other services. Senior Softball USA or any employees thereof shall not be held responsible for accidents, illness, loss, damage, delay and expenses arising from acts of God, Pandemics, wars, strikes, quarantine, weather, irregularity, failure of planes, terrorist attacks, government restrictions or regulations, change in hotel accommodations, delays or other services and any other cause over which it has no control.

Terms & Conditions

Passport All passengers are required to possess a passport valid for at least 3 months from departure date. Also, if required by government regulations, Covid-19 Vaccine documentation, showing that the client has been vaccinated. Be sure to secure this documentation well in advance of departure. Please also check with Passport office if any visas are required for entry into Czech & Slovak Republics and Hungary. It is your responsibility and at your own cost to secure these before the start of the tour August 19, 2021. Senior Softball USA and their partners SSUSA will accept no responsibility if personal Visas or Covid–19 documentation are not secured.

Flights Flights leaving the US arrive in Europe the following day. Therefore, it will be necessary to fly out the day before the tour starts.

Itinerary Variations We strive to improve tour itineraries. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries.

Walking Please understand that in order to see European cities, a fair amount of walking is required. Please take comfortable walking shoes.

Travel Insurance

It is highly recommended that all travelers purchase medical, travel delay, Trip Cancellation and lost baggage Insurance coverage before departure. Senior Softball USA will not be held responsible / liable for any losses due to any of the above mentioned circumstances or those listed in the responsibility section of the contract
