Some 38% of people living in Law- rence County are fully vaccinated as of July 20, according to data from the Department of Health. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention considers someone fully vaccinated two weeks after they’ve been given a single-dose shot (Johnson & Johnson) or a second shot (either Pfizer or Moderna). Pennsylvania reported 1,221,836 total cases of coronavirus, an in- crease of 0.22% from the week be- fore. The five counties with the highest percentage of their population fully vaccinated in Pennsylvania as of July 20 are Montour County (60%), Forest County (57%), Lehigh County (56%), Chester County (55%) and Allegheny County (54%).
