First phase of major regeneration scheme Lewisham Gateway completes

The first phase of a major South East ondonL regeneration scheme is now complete, marking a significant step forward in the transformation of Lewisham town centre.

Lewisham Gateway has so far delivered 193 new homes over two buildings designed by PRP Architects, close to 6,000 sq ft of ground floor etailr space and a reconfigured highways network.

The development is a joint project between urban regeneration specialist Muse Developments, the Borough of Lewisham, the and Transport for London, supported by the Homes and Communities Agency.

Wapping Wharf Living, Bristol Place as first sod is cut

Construction work has begun on Carpino Place, a new development of townhouses which forms the most recent stage in the Salford Central regeneration scheme being delivered by English Cities Fund (ECf).

A number of members from ECf – which is a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal & General and the Homes & Communities Agency – as well as local councillors, marked the occasion with an official sod cutting ceremony at the development located on Oldfield oadR off Chapel Street.

The name of a new scheme of townhouses in Salford has been unveiled, as regeneration in the Chapel Street area by English Cities Fund (ECf) continues to move forward.

Carpino Place, located on Oldfield oadR off Chapel Street, will comprise 22 three- storey townhouses, one of which will be a four-bedroom home, while the rest will have three bedrooms.

The multi-million-pound project follows on from the success of Timekeepers Square, a Georgian-style development located behind Chapel Street, which sold out in just seven months, as well as the 97-home Vimto Gardens scheme.

Doncaster Cultural Quarter key milestone for Lewisham Gateway

Lewisham Gateway marked a key milestone with a Topping Out ceremony for the newest Fizzy Living building.

To mark the structural completion of the new building, the , Sir Steve Bullock and representatives of the Lewisham Gateway project team including Muse Developments, Sisk and Fizzy Living, gathered on the highest point of the building to celebrate. From this vantage point, the development partners also viewed the new town centre highway network, which is now nearing completion.

Phase one of Wapping Wharf in Bristol was named South West residential development of the year at Insider’s annual property awards.

Held at the Bristol Marriott Hotel, Insider’s South West Property Awards 2016 honoured a range of schemes, professionals and developers from across the region.

South Shields 365 regeneration scheme Planning permission has been granted for New Victoria, a multi-million-pound project which will revitalise a key part of Manchester city centre, adjacent to Victoria Station.

National developer and urban regeneration specialist, Muse Developments, in partnership with Network Rail, has today been given the go ahead by Manchester City Council’s planning committee to create a £185 million mixed-use development on the 2.5-acre site on Corporation Street.

All 36 properties at Timekeepers Square, a Georgian-style development located behind Salford’s Chapel Street, have been bought off-plan – just seven months since its launch.

The first of the townhouses were launched in February, with seven properties being sold in the opening weekend, while the rest were sold following a phased launch approach. The scheme comprises two- three- and four-bedroom properties, with features including rooftop terraces, gardens and allocated parking.

Infinity Riverside, Stockton-on-Tees plans for Manchester New Victoria Muse Developments, in partnership with Network Rail, has submitted plans to bring forward proposals for a £185 million mixed-use development in a burgeoning area of Manchester city centre, adjacent to the recently redeveloped Victoria station.

A master plan has been prepared for this 2.5-acre site on Corporation Street, which is currently a surface level car park. The proposed development will feature three new buildings, a 150,000 sq ft, Grade A, eight-storey office, as well as two residential buildings.

Your New Town Hall, Brixton Chatham Place scheme in Reading

Muse Developments has completed a major £100 million regeneration project in Reading, located at the western end of the town centre.

Muse has delivered the Chatham Place scheme over two phases, in partnership with Reading Borough Council, as part of their ‘Reading 2020’ vision. Overall the scheme has provided close to 500 new private and affordable homes, much- needed car parking provisions, substantial public open spaces and retail and leisure facilities.
