Chicken Kachori Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Kachori Recipe

1 Tbsp Oil

1 Onion Sliced

2 Green Chillies Chopped

150 gms Minced Kheema

1 Tsp Garlic Paste

Salt to taste

1 Tsp Chilli Flakes

Pinch of Turmeric Powder

2 Tsp Crushed Coriander Seeds

1/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder

1 Tsp Lemon Juice

Few Coriander Leaves

1 Boiled & Mashed Potato

1 Cup All Purpose

Salt to taste

2 Tbsp Ghee

Steps for Chicken Kachori Recipe

1. In a pan take 1Tbsp Oil, add chopped Onion and chopped Green Chillies sauté it for 2 minutes. Add 150gm chicken minced Kheema and Ginger Garlic Paste. Mix everything well and cover it with the lid. Let it cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

2. After 4-5minutes you will see the mixture is dry. Add Salt, Chilli Flakes, Pinch of Turmeric Powder, Crushed Coriander Seeds and Garam Masala Powder stir it for 1-2 minutes on low flame now add lemon Juice, Few Coriander Leaves and 1 Boiled & Mashed Potato.

3. Mix everything well and off the flame. Let the chicken mixture cool down. 4. For : Take 1 Cup All Purpose Flour, Salt and Ghee. Mix it well. Add Water gradually and start kneading the dough till you get smooth and soft dough. Cover the dough with moist cloth for 20 minutes.

5. Grease your palm with oil and make small balls of the chicken mixture. Around Six balls can be made with the chicken mixture.

6. Take a small piece of dough and start pressing it gently with the palm in a round shape. Add the chicken mixture in centre and seal completely with dough. Do it in the same way for the remaining.

7. Meanwhile we have heated oil for frying. Once the oil is heated (oil need to be medium hot) put the Kachoris in it. Deep fry on low flame heat till it is golden brown from both sides.

8. Serve it with fried Chillies and Tamarind .
