Similar to the legendary Ferry Building Marketplace food hall—also owned and managed by Hudson Pacific Properties—Rincon Center Annex will be a culinary gathering place within a revamped historic space, but with a completely modern focus. Ultimately, the Rincon Center Annex will be known for its lively mix of chef-led, dine-in restaurants and grab-and-go options offering a variety of cuisines and experiences.

Originally designed by Gilbert S. Underwood, the original post office is now an National Landmark with WPA-era art panels by that showcase San Francisco’s unique history. Since that time, the beauty of the post office and surrounding retail was buried under decades of “improvements” intended to service Rincon Center’s office tenants.
