FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT TIME DO GATES OPEN?

Gates are scheduled to open at 5pm and there will be a wide selection of bar and food units open inside Macron Stadium. We recommend that you arrive early as there will be bag and security checks at each point of entry.

WHAT TIME DOES THE CONCERT FINISH? The concert will finish at 10:15pm prompt.

WHO ARE THE SUPPORT ACTS? Rak-Su and Germein Sisters will be the support acts.

WHAT TIME DO THE ACTS START? Germein Sisters will be on stage at 6:40pm and Rak-Su at 7.30pm. will be on stage at 8:30pm.

HOW DO I ENTER THE VENUE? Clear instructions will be printed on your ticket. Please follow these or see your nearest steward upon arrival.

I HAVE BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THE GOLDEN CIRCLE, IS THERE A SEPARATE ENTRANCE? Yes, all Golden Circle ticket purchasers can enter via the North East and North West Corner Tunnel, or Turnstiles Blocks A and L. See the map for further information.

WHERE IS THE ACCESSIBLE AREA LOCATED? The wheelchair platforms and accessible seats are located in the Franking Sense South Stand and can only be used by those with a valid accessible ticket.

IS THERE DISABLED PARKING OR A DISABLED DROP-OFF POINT? Accessible car parking is available on the Lower Concourse car park on a first come first served basis to those who hold a Blue Badge. The drop off and pick up point for those with disabilities is Car Park D.

WHERE ARE THE MEETING POINTS FOR LOST/VULNERABLE PEOPLE? If you are lost or are looking for somebody please approach your nearest steward in the first instance. The meeting point is Entrance 1 at the Premier Suite, East Stand.

WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY? Macron Stadium is a smoke-free venue. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in all areas. WHAT ID WILL BE REQUIRED? Children under the age of 14 will only be admitted if accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Please bring valid ID to prove your age. The only acceptable forms of ID are a passport, photo driving licence or any ID showing the holographic pass logo.

IS THERE A PICK UP/DROP OFF POINT? Yes, this service will be available at Car Park D.

HOW DO I GET TO MACRON STADIUM BY CAR? Travelling by car, we advise you to leave the M61 at Junction 6; the Stadium is less than ½ mile from J6 and well signposted.

WILL THERE BE ANY ROAD CLOSURES? We don’t anticipate any road closures; however, we do advise you to plan your journey before you set off and keep a close eye on the Club’s social media channels or the Transport for Greater Manchester travel advice page - https://tfgm.com/travel- updates/littlemix

WHERE CAN I PARK? There is parking available on-site at Macron Stadium and will be priced at £20 per vehicle. Please note: that this is a cash only operation.

Please be aware that concert parking is not available on the Middlebrook Retail & Leisure Park. The car parks are monitored by ANPR cameras and any vehicles parked longer than 4 hours will receive a fine via the post. Middlebrook is privately owned and has the right to issue penalty notices under the terms of POPLA.

CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK? No food or drink items will be permitted inside Macron Stadium; however, there will be a broad range of refreshments available inside the venue. If you require specific food for a special dietary requirement you will need to provide a doctor’s note on entry. Please note that the catering kiosks are cash-only.

ARE THERE ATM’S ON SITE? There are no ATMS on site at Macron Stadium. However, there are plenty in the local vicinity/retail park including Bolton Arena, Tesco, Poundland, ASDA, and Wilko’s. Please note there will be no pass outs once you exit the stadium so please ensure you have enough cash prior to entry.

CAN I BUY ALCOHOL AT THE CONCERT? Yes, alcohol will be available, we operate a strict Challenge 25 policy so please bring identification with you. The only acceptable forms of ID are a passport, photo driving licence or any ID showing the holographic pass logo.

WILL I GET SEARCHED? All attendees will be searched in line with our security procedures. This is to ensure everybody’s safety. To minimise the length of time in queuing we recommend that you don’t bring any bags with you and to minimise the number of items you bring. This will speed up your entry. It is a criminal offence to possess a pyrotechnic, flare or similar device whilst attending a concert venue. Anyone in possession of these or any other prohibited items will be refused entry and the items confiscated.

WHICH ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED? We want to ensure that everybody attending the concert enjoys it in a safe manner. Therefore, the following items are prohibited: bags bigger than A4 (No backpacks), illegal substances, glass (of any kind), cans (including spray cans), laser equipment or pens, gas canisters, pyrotechnics, fireworks, flares, Chinese lanterns, air horns or similar items, umbrellas or parasols of any kind, chairs or any sort including stools and shooting sticks, animals with the exception of assistance dogs.

We advise you to pay attention to the weather forecast and dress appropriately for the expected conditions.

CAN I MEET THE ARTIST? The band has no meets and greets planned.

WHERE CAN I BUY LITTLE MIX MERCHANDISE? There will be merchandise available via vendors outside the stadium. There will also be stalls inside the stadium but this will only be available to those who have bought tickets for the standing areas. If you have bought seating or hospitality tickets and you would like to buy merchandise you must do so before you enter the stadium. Please ensure you only purchase from a licensed and authorised vendor, the Official Merchandise vendors will be identifiable.

CAN I ACCESS BOLTON WHITES HOTEL? Bolton Whites Hotel will be open to residents and members. Limited space is available in the public bar, which will be allowed on a first come first serve basis. Entry is not guaranteed. Please note, after the concert, the Hotel will only allow access to residents.

WILL THERE BE SOMEWHERE AT THE STADIUM WHERE I CAN HAVE A DRINK OR SOMETHING TO EAT BEFORE THE GATES OPEN? You will be able enjoy drinks and refreshments inside the venue’s Premier Suite prior to the doors opening. The Premier Suite will be open between 2:30pm and 4pm ahead of the Little Mix show. Anybody who has a valid ticket for this show will be permitted free entry to the Premier Suite during the opening times where they will be able to purchase food and drink until the doors open.
